The hotel location is stunning, allowing guests to experience mesmerizing sunsets and sunrises. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and provides excellent service, even providing meal options for guests. Rooms have beautiful views from the balcony, and some windows offer a breathtaking glimpse of the surrounding mountains. The chef prepares exceptional meals that guests rave about.
The facilities need a bit of upkeep to ensure that guests get the most out of their stay.

Christmas at this hotel was a delight! Best aspects were the friendly, welcoming staff who were always on hand to help and the complementary hot drinks and cookies offered in the cozy lobby. the location couldn't have been better, with spectacular views of the mountains and easy access to nearby attractions. the complimentary breakfast was a real treat, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.
The lack of attention to detail in the cleaning of the rooms and dining area furniture. the linen could have been fresher, and the staircase needed a good polish.
